Girls just wanna have fun.

Hi. I’m back after being missing in action for more than five months. :X I feel that all my blog post starts with this sort of line HAHA! Promotional exams and project work are finally over and I left 2 more weeks of school before holidays really start. Life have been really hectic but amazing as well :)) and don’t you find our same hair parting cool from the above picture? :B

Anyway, I went out with my babes today after so long. We met at around 12pm although the initially timing was 10am :’) Then, we headed all the way to ChinaTown to have some vegan food at Well Dressed Salad Bar. This is my second time visiting a vegan cafe and I really enjoyed eating vegan food because they are not only healthier, but they are also cruelty-free. #meatlessdoesntmeantasteless
Hence,  I recommend you to give this place a try even though you are not a vegan or a vegetarian.

After a few minutes of walk from ChinaTown MRT station (with the help of ShiHui’s useful GPS skills), we reached the destination. We ordered three cakes and one main dish! In my own opinion, I personally love the Earl Grey Lavender cake ($4.00), however both XueLi and ShiHui preferred the Rose cake ($4.00) because they find the lavender taste is too strong. Also, ShiHui said the Matcha cake ($3.50) tasted like Fa Gao.

Overall, we all agreed that the main dish (Cheese Please - $7.00) is the greatest deal of today. The cheese really tasted like the real cheese and I think it tasted better. The bread was nicely toasted and it also contains cranberry inside which gives the whole sandwich a very good plus point.

Behind the Scenes of ShiHui’s photo.

Doesn’t this look appetising? YUMZ!!

I was trying to get some candid shots and this is what it happened.
Posing for the camera vs Food is everything

Candid shot by ShiHui. LOVE YOU BAE. <3

Next, we went to the National Museum of Singapore to check out the new exhibition since it is free of charge for Singaporeans and PRs, and also to get some pictures taken yay. I took quite a few boomerangs, but I cannot upload them here (IDEKY), so I will try to put them combine them into a video and upload to my channel HEHE.

Look at the amount of tins to make this... :O

This sculpture is so pretty! *.*

Bae and her boyfriend (Sir Stamford Raffles) HAHA JK.

After walking for about 20 minutes or so, we found a bench to have some rest. Then, we continued looking at the exhibitions and found more seats to sit. We spent half of the time sitting down and chatting instead. Hence, a total of 3 hours or more was spent at the museum...

Some potteries work.

Olden days rickshaw.

I wish to have a typewriter keyboard omg. It looks freaking beautiful. And spot the gun.

SH: I thought it was the anchor from Titanic.

Finally, ShiHui is taller than us.

PAP spirit?!? (I look retarded LOL.)

We found this small room to take some OOTD pictures and all our actions can actually be seen from a screen behind this room because there was a CCTV in there. (I only found out that after coming out of the room.. AWKWARD AF.)

ShiHui said my outfit looks like pjs. :’)

More art pieces from the exhibitions.

Double hearts for us <3 <3

Girls Picnic Day

Hi! I’m back! FINALLY!!! Also, #girlpower is back as well after a year?!? *Recall girls day out + night out posts in 2014* Xue Li, Shi Hui and I went to Singapore Botanic Gardens today to have a short lunch. But before that, we met up at NTUC to buy marshmallow. However, it was a waste of money because initially we wanted to use it for a challenge, but it failed badly. #LIFE

Anyway, the weather was freaking humid and it made me sweat a lot and I mean A LOT... We decided to go back to the same place where we sat previously for Zi Xin’s birthday celebration. After laying out the mat and food etc, we started to have some random chats and of course, dig in our food.

Here is me feeling extremely pastel pink HAHA. And duh, I am wearing other people’s cap again.

There was suppose to be more food, but Xue Li was rushing that she didn’t brought the fruits and I regretted telling her to bring only one dumpling :’(

Shi Hui being goofy here.

The funny thing was that Xue Li’s shoes was sort of broken after she came back from the toilet. It was so hilarious LOLOL.
And yas, a girls day would not be complete without some awesome photoshoots right? :B HAHA. We spammed a lot of pictures using my camera although the sun was shining bright as hell.

Here are some:

Centre parting.

Happy Girls.

#BLESSED.

“Sometimes I pretend to be normal, but it gets boring. So I go back to being me."

Showing off our beautiful teeth.

The intense photoshoot was then done after 15-20 minutes or more? IDEK.
Then, we played charades and we were super bad at it. We were quite clueless at times because most of the answers are american based. However, it was a enjoyable game to pass time.

Beautiful palm trees that Shi Hui took using my phone while Xue Li and I were playing frisbee.

Xue Li is freaking in love with frisbee after playing it for a few times.

FUN FUN FUN!!

Next, it was time for Round 2 of photoshoot! We found great natural lighting and continued to take crazy, funny pictures together to keep them as memories.

Tallest to Tall.

“Wanna fight us?”

GANGSTER.

#Nosedigger.

It was around 3.30pm that we packed up and headed to JCube to have crepe and bingsu. It was my first time eating bingsu and I find it alright, not really the best dessert. :X
Today was definitely an amazing day because there was no monday blues, but I am sad because school will be starting 3 weeks later. Time always files so fast, I need to stop procrastinating and start my revision! GANBATTE EVERYONE!
